Refund & Returns Policy – Smokin' Suits

At Smokin' Suits, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.


1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Items must include original tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

 Exceptions: For hygiene and safety reasons, customized items, tailored suits, or final sale products cannot be returned unless defective.


3. Return Process

  2. We will provide instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the product back to us.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except where required by law.


5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), please contact us. Exchanges depend on stock availability.


6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
